I know i felt very confused with everything that was and is still related to Covid. Can i exercise ? I am sure the list is still going…It has been hard to get back into routine even if we have been lucky enough to not have caught Covid, but if you were unlucky and are on the road to recovery and would like to get back into your fitness routine but not sure how, we have some tips that may help…
